We charge a basic "entry" level fee of R500 which will cover your registration of the name you chose for your site to be developed and hosted. Additional charges include R150 per page to be included in your site. If any databases are to be involved in your site, extra charges will be included, for the service provider demands higher fees for the hosting of databases. The more complex and powerful the database, the higher the costs for developing and hosting.

In the event of changes, upgrades or updates to an already exsisting site, costs will be accounted for accordingly.

A monthly fee for the hosting of the site is payable to the service provider. You will be directly billed.

Any changse to any of the pages of the site can be arranged for at any specific time, which will carry costs calculated on the degree of changes. Pages can be added to the site at any time, which will carry the normal fee for development of a page. The removal or deletion of pages or complete sites are done with no additional costs. When any of the deleted pages or sites need to be re-uploaded or re-instated after the deletion has taken place, normal charges per page will take effect.

All of the mentioned details, pricing and payments are subject to change...for better or worse. The client will be notified well in advance before any such changes take effect.

All further arrangements will be explained during meetings and discussed with all questions being answered and detailed reports on how payments will be handled.
